Terms and Conditions

Booking & Payment

• Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your session.

• All bookings are non-refundable.

• If you need to cancel your tour with more than 48 hours notice, we can reschedule your booking at no additional cost.

• If less than 48 hours notice is provided, you may transfer your booking to another participant or pay a $50 per person rescheduling fee to a future tour. Please notify us prior to the session.

Cancellation & Weather Policy

• All activities are outdoor-based and weather-dependent.

• In the event of unsafe weather or unforeseen circumstances, sessions may be rescheduled at the discretion of Rock Solid Adventure.

• Extreme or catastrophic fire risk days will result in cancellation.

• On days warmer than 30°C, an earlier start time may be considered to ensure participant safety and comfort. Participants may opt to reschedule without additional cost.

• If Rock Solid Adventure cancels a session, you will have the option to reschedule.

Minimum Participants

• A minimum of two participants is required for a session to proceed.

• Group bookings are welcome, and private sessions can be arranged upon request.

Age, Weight & Fitness Requirements

• Minimum age: 10 years old (please contact us for exemptions if younger participants are requested).

• Participants under 14 years must be accompanied by an adult (1 adult per child required).

• Maximum participant weight: 120 kg.

• Participants should have a reasonable level of fitness (e.g., able to walk briskly for 15 minutes without being out of breath).

• No prior climbing or abseiling experience is required. A full safety and technique briefing will be provided.

Spectators

• Spectators are welcome! A $35 per person fee applies.

• Rock Solid Adventure reserves the right to refuse spectators who arrive without prior notification.

What to Bring

To ensure comfort and safety, please bring:

• Loose, weather-appropriate clothing

• Jacket for cooler or rainy conditions

• Hair ties or scrunchies (if applicable)

• Closed-toe shoes (sneakers are sufficient; climbing shoes will be provided for rock climbing)

• Plenty of water (approx. 0.5 litre per hour on warm days)

• Lunch and snacks

• Sunscreen and sunglasses

Optional (at your own risk):

• Mobile phone

• Camera

Transport & Facilities

• Transport to the cliffs is not included.

• General meeting point: 621 Magill Road (unless stated otherwise) is a short drive to tour locations.

• If transport is required, contact us in advance to discuss options.

• There are no toilet facilities near the cliffs. Participants may use the facilities at the meeting point before the tour.

Safety & Liability

• All participants must follow the instructions of Rock Solid Adventure staff at all times.

• Rock Solid Adventure reserves the right to refuse participation if safety guidelines are not adhered to.

• By participating, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with outdoor adventure activities and will be asked to fill a waiver before your session.
